PATH Vietnam: Tour of Duty · Holistic Hybrid Inc.

DRAFT — placeholder. A working draft, published so it’s visible during development. Not reviewed by a lawyer and not final. This policy may change at any time, without notice.

1. What we collect

2. How we use it

We do not sell your data, and we do not use advertising trackers.

3. Where it’s stored

Accounts and saves are stored with Supabase (database and authentication). The game is hosted on Vercel, whose edge network derives the country in §1. These providers process data on our behalf.

4. Cookies and local storage

We keep a sign-in token and a local copy of your saves in your browser’s storage so the game works and stays signed in. That’s essential to the service — there are no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

5. Keeping and deleting your data

Your saves are kept while your account is active. When you delete your account, your identity (sign-in, email, operator name) is removed, and your gameplay and tour data are retained in de-identified form under an anonymous player number (see the Terms of Service, §5). If you want the free text you personally wrote erased as well, ask us and we will honour a valid request.

6. Your choices

7. Children

The game depicts armed conflict and is intended for a mature audience. It is not directed at children, and we don’t knowingly collect data from them.

8. Changes and contact

We may revise this policy at any time, without notice; the current version always applies. Reach us at hello@holistichybrid.com. [Owner: confirm the contact address, the data-controller entity, and the jurisdiction before this is finalised.]
